I have been having my hair done by Freya, one of the apprentices at Johnson Blythe Hairdressing, during model school for around 11 months, and I have been so impressed every time!Freya has completely transformed my hair colour, I used to always use a box dye and had bright red hair, but she has work...ed her magic and created a beautiful, natural-looking shade that I absolutely love. She has also given me some lovely cuts and always takes the time to make sure I am happy with everything.The whole team at Johnson Blythe are so welcoming and supportive, creating a brilliant environment for their apprentices to learn and grow. I came in today for the first time for an X-tenso smoothing/straightening treatment and a cut. I was well looked after from start to finish and was really impressed with the outcome! Lovely staff and lovely first experience in the salon. I will be returning for sure!

An amazing experience from the team at Johnson Blythe - I visited the salon to get my hair styled for my Christmas party. What a transformation! The salon is in a great location - right by the station, I was greeted with a very warm welcome and drinks and snacks were offered - which is a lovely touc...h! Emily washed my hair, very relaxing and great massage! Claire cut and styled my hair exactly how I asked. She is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. She added layers, and volume to my previously flat hair. And it still looks voluminous the morning after the party! I have become dissatisfied with salons over the years having spent a lot of money but coming out unhappy. I either liked the haircut or the colour, not both. I heard about Johnson Blythe and booked an appointment for 3/12/16. I am so pleased I did. I came out feeling like my stylist, Helen knew exac...tly what I wanted.
